USE
This machine adopts PLC system assembled with imported components. It can rivet for 6# - 12# semi-round,cone, round, square and other decoration materials with threaded nails at high speed, up to 300 times per indluetiees mainly used in decoration processing in clothing, footwear, leather goods, bags and other industries



CHARACTERS

●High efficient: riveting speed is 160 - 220 times per minute that is 8- 10 times of manual operation.

●Convenient: it is quick and easy to replace the mold with a special shape such as a semicircle, acone or a square, and it is not necessary to replace vibrating plate.
●Accurate: it’s equipped with infrared positioning device for which the brightness can be adjusted at will,making riveting more accurate.
●Scientific: it has counting function and is able to record the efficiency of workers accurately, so as to conduct statistics easily.
●Humanized: with an independent ejector device, it can eliminate the stuck bottom nails quickly.
