It is used to load elastic band (with left side cutter, back puller,cloth scraps absorption and fabric stretching and controlling device) on the tubular goods,such as Looped waistband. The sewing operation continues while the edge of waist (under the elastic band) is trimmed by the left side cutter, the cloth scraps will be sucked into the waste bag through the suction pipe.
